A while back Lotta came to visit and spent the weekend sewing Tilda dolls and dyeing floss =D

It has become somewhat of a poison, it is SO much fun!!

Next week Hubbie is going away for a couple of days and then Lotta is coming back again. Who knows what we get into this time ;)

Also Nox took his first steps today! Yay!! Can't believe a year has almost passed by since he was born. He is such a joy!

Cake eating contest

My brother and daughter compeating at my father's 60th birthday! The competition was rigged so that he got a piece of cake that was twice as big as hers and she got a tablespoon and he had to use a teaspoon =D.

It's hard do imagine that five years ago I gave birth to this...

...the smallest of boys, a premature baby så small he could were his fathers weddingring on his arm. Today he became five years old, and a big boy!

A boy who wanted a weddingcake, not just a birthdaycake! Happy birthday my beautiful boy!

At the end of the day the boys invited us to a show... so LET's ROCK!

Playing in the snow & GreenGate

Went to Piteå today to pick up our oldest son who's spent a couple of days with Lotta and her family. This is what they have been doing:

Building snowmen.

Skiing.

Building tunnels.

Making a snow vacuum cleaner.

I did some shopping and bought two of these lovely mugs from GreenGate. I'm in love with all their things and wish to buy even more! =).

After a very yummy dinner and cake (!) we got to drive home in a blizzard. It took us a while but we made it.

2011...

...was the year I switched jobs. I got to work closer to home and with something I love doing.

...was the year I buried both my mother and my grandmother. The two women that has had the biggest impact on my life, both killed by cancer, are gone. I miss them, alot. The pain sometimes makes it difficult to breathe but somehow we all go on, one step at a time.
